EG4 18KPV w/ x2 EG4 Wallmount Indoor batteries.

Photo attached of what I'm seeing.

The 'fully charged' EG4 Wallmount Battery is taking the load of the charge current while the lower SOC battery is seemingly getting drawn from.

I see that the voltages are higher on Battery 0 than Battery 1, which likely explains the flow, but was wondering if the BMS will handle this problem or I need to intervene.

I temporarily set my max SOC to 100% from 95% when I noticed this issue.

Thank you!

Hello brandon314159

I had the exact same problem ==>  https://forum.eg4electronics.com/community/support-batteries/at-the-end-of-my-first-full-day-on-2nd-wall-mount-battery-some-things-dont-look-right-on-the-desktop-app/paged/2/

Check out the link above and you will find the advice @eric gave me.  I am currently coming up on the end of my second week on the lead-acid setting.  I will probably go back to lithium on Saturday.

There are also others in the forum experiencing the same issue and the answer is consistent.

Good Luck & Good Fortune!

Awesome.

I will try doing this when I can be at the unit for an extended period of time and keep an eye on things.

Thank you!

@brandon314159

BTW  I live 40+ miles from where my equipment is as well.  I am almost (75%) manage it and the watering of my trees, multiple cameras, etc remotely.  Check out this site ==> https://forum.eg4electronics.com/community/share-your-setup/north-central-texas-setup-just-about-to-turn-a-year-old/#post-15713.   I have everything from wifi remote controls for watering, power, etc.  If you have any questions please hit me on the.  As soon as the air is clean and temp stable inside i will be adding a fanless computer (just the brains) to the mix so I can create a real remote vpn session so I don't have to make the drive, too often.

See you around,  Let me know if you create a posting about your setup!
