You can find this on the BatInfo tab. Make sure you are able to capture the whole screen.
That’s the state of the batteries as of now. Only one is working. All others have algae solid red alarm led on.

Thank you for the pictures. I recommend contacting your distributor for replacements. If for whatever reason they don't replace them for you, you can contact us at [email protected] and we will help you with the process.
Any idea what the issue is? I only have one of the 4 working. Should I physically disconnect from the EG4 cabinet the defectives or leave with the breaker off?
Since I only have one working I have the charge set to 30 amps?
I have to EG4 3000. Should I just run one of them to save juice?
@haitises
The issue appears to be due to failed internal components that require replacement, which is not a repair that should be performed by an end user.
For now, the best course of action is to operate a single battery and disconnect the others, as they are not functioning correctly and reach out to your distributor for replacements.
Signature Solar said would replace but that’s not possible as I’m in the Caribbean, Dominican Republic and not an option to ship back. Said need BMS but that they have no shipping date from EG4. Can you help me with those BMS?
@haitises
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to send out the BMS, as our compliance and legal team is still working on the necessary documentation. If you’re willing to wait, we can ship the BMS in the next 30 days. The only other option is to return the battery for a replacement.
