Checked the monitor webpage and the data is different. Not sure if it is now accurate but at least it's a change. Information still not matching the EG4 app on my iPhone but close (ish) Battery Level shows the same at 99% but the other data is still off.

Did you all get any resolution on this. Updated firmware on both the gridboss and the 18kpv. Getting offline in app and not ideal monitoring on the webpage.

It got a little better - realtime monitoring now mostly works on the web, but still doesn't work on iOS. The data graph below the realtime monitoring doesn't show the same data as the realtime monitor. For example, the realtime monitor can say PV 14kW, consumption 2kW export 12kW, and the data below will show PV 8kW, export 10kW and consumption 2kW
