Manual bypass switch was flipped on this time and required switching off before I could properly reset things. First few resets this go around didn't fix things like they normally do which is when I noticed the manual bypass. Had AI try an help diagnose these intermittent trips tonight as well. After explaining my situation and providing some of the current settings it advised a few battery settings changes. Not sure if they will help but noting here for completeness. SOC max was changed from 101% to 100%, System Charge Volt Limit (which I didn't think was accounted for and might now be when charge control is set to SOC) was changed from 59.5V to 56.5V, and Charge Voltage Limitation was changed from 55V to 56V. Could have sworn these settings were auto populated after setting up closed loop communication with the battery bank but maybe I am mistaken. I was told this would help lessen the random trips by the AI due to the battery config setting mismatch. If possible would love to troubleshoot with someone from EG4 or at least have someone remotely look through and make sure the settings are all correct.
