Hi, I have a fair bit of experience setting up other inverters (Sol-Ark, Outback and GoodWe), but am having problems getting my friend's refurbished 3K V1 (from Signature Solar) to come up.  He has 3 of the Lifepower4 V2 batteries. To get the inverter up so I can program it, I am just using one of the Lifepower4 batteries. I have the battery cables connected, and am getting 52.6V at the inverter, but when I turn it on, the LCD screen comes up, along with the three LEDs (all solid, 2 green, one red), and then it powers down.  Any suggestions as to what may be wrong? It seems really simple, but am I missing something?  Thanks in Advance

Is it showing any warning or Fault codes on the screen or is the screen staying the same as the screenshot then just turns off?

We were gone for a couple of weeks, but we got back and were able to upgrade FW on the batteries and also on the EG4 3K V2 inverter (we have one V1 inverter and a V2 inverter).  The V2 one works fine now, and we have it connected yo PV and working.  The V1 inverter still powers on, but the LCD screen stays at the initial screen (with all segments lit) for about 2 minutes then the unit powers down.  When we connect the same batteries and the panels to the V2 inverter, everything is fine.  We can't get the inverter up long enough to upgrade.

Is there a way to reset it to factory defaults?
