I have 2 EG4 LiFePOWER4 48V and the 6000xp inverter. The installer does not have the installer code to allow for me to register on the app. I’ve emailed eg4 but was wondering how to obtain it.

I’ll also add that they were purchased from the installer.

@nwazog Your installer will need to contact the reseller to get the code. The code is different for each reseller.

@joel-brodeur Unfortunately the reseller could not provide either. Hopefully EG4 can respond to my request.

Where did you purchase the inverter? We provide specific installer and distributor codes for each of our authorized distributors and registered installers. If you don’t have a specific code, you can use the general code EG4LUX01 to connect to our monitoring system. Using the appropriate code also allows distributor and installer technical support to remotely view your system, if desired, for troubleshooting and assistance.
