Eric, Having an issue getting into my account. Was not able to get into my inverter monitor account initially. Seemed that my original password would not work and did not meet current password login credentials. I then selected to change password and specified a new one. It sent me a Verify code for reset password to my Email. I was able to set up a new password and it confirmed it has been successfully changed. But when I go into the EG4 Monitor Center and supply it with my user name and new password it falls and says - Username or password error. So it seams that my Account may now have changed or does not recognize my inverter anymore. Can you look into it?
