Hello,
Right now, my monitor app is not updating its telemetry via the internet but is updating properly over a local Bluetooth connection. The time updates on the strong and healthy internet connection, but the telemetry does not. It has done this in the past , and eventually it fixes itself. Any help with understanding if this is an issue with the EG4 servers or with my equip would be greatly appreciated .

Could you provide screen shots of what you are seeing so we can share with our team to find a solution for this?

The two screenshots I’m sending you are , one - the Internet feed , and two, the local Bluetooth connection feed. The two screenshots were taken within one minute of each other. It’s pitch black outside, so there is no solar energy being produced. The Internet connection telemetry is reading that the sun is still out and I’m producing power which isn’t true. The local connection reads zero energy produced by the solar panels, which is accurate.The internet feed updates the telemetry time stamp properly, but does not show the proper telemetry values.
Any ideas ?

I was informed late yesterday that there was an issue with the servers. AS of today, everything should be working normally again.
UPDATE… internet telemetry is working again properly. No idea why.
