so I gotta say, I am so frustrated with this app right now. And the documentation and instructions quite frankly are terrible. My installer set the system up and we brought it online yesterday. its an XP12000. we have the wifi dongle and the only way to make it work was to a local connection. I'm trying to register either using the app on my phone (iPhone) or using the browser on my Mac. I must be doing something wrong because this is really hard. Every time I'm using my cell phone, it says. UNKNOWN ERROR and wont register. When I try to use my laptop, it just doesn't do anything. I can enter all the information. It never gives me a success message. It doesn't do anything. I am at my wits end and I'm ready to throw in the towel at this point.
