I am trying to setup the WiFi dongle for the 6000XP. The cloud light is blinking. WiFi is 2.4 and no special characters. I’ve followed the troubleshooting guide to no avail. Any suggestions.

Can you DM me the serial number for the Wi-Fi dongle and I'll see what I can find.

I responded to the other thread as well but, if you provide your dongle’s serial number, I’ll do my best to reconnect it to the server. If that’s not possible, I can arrange to provide you with a replacement dongle.
