[Solved] eg4 6000xp error - Operation failed, error code: 3

I am trying to set the battery charge setting and when I press the set button I the error Operation failed, error code: 3
Anyone run into this before? Anyone willing to share their battery settings? I would like to have the grid charge my batteries when they hit 15% left and charge them to 25%.
