I wish I had seen this post prior to updating my batteries... Same issue as described. I upgraded both RS485 and RS232 firmwares to Z02T28 & S02T25, respectively, to hopefully resolve my previous issues (SOC drift, constant inverter relay opening/closing when batteries reach 100%, batteries not discharging when batteries reach 100%, etc.). Don't know if the original problems persist (just updated today), but now info of only 1 of 3 all weather 280ah are showing (site shows Battery 2 - ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ - V 2.28, app shows it as Battery0 -ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ -2.28)...

I guess I'll switch back to lead-acid mode again until a solution is provided.

We apologize for the delay. A new firmware has been released for both indoor and outdoor WallMount Batteries that resolves the display error on the EG4 Monitoring webpage. The firmware is available for download on the EG4 Forum and the EG4 website.

Thank you for your understanding and patience.

@eg4eric thank you. This new RS485 firmware is compatible with the previous RS232 firmware version S02T25?

@eg4eric This solved the client issue. We installed and have tested. Forum members should know that it can take 15+ minutes to register (in our case we needed to delete the old battery from the list - not sure if it would have removed itself on its own). This should be listed as closed now.

I'm relatively new to the firmware update process for batteries-
For the All Weather 280Ah, is SOP to update both the RS232 and RS485 versions?

Yes, it is recommended to update both firmwares on each battery, so all the batteries are operating on the same firmware are up to date.

Understood! There was an issue with the Monitoring site reporting the wrong information. However, that only effected the RS485 firmware.
