@samjam24x7Make sure you are connecting the dongle to a 2.4GHz network. It does have to be separate from the 5G network.

You seem to be experiencing the same 280AH firmware upgrade issue as has been reported. We upgraded to Z02T11 (For the inside wall mounts).
