The best way to update the inverter is by placing it in standby mode. However, in most cases, people perform the update while loads are still running....

@dogsofjune The 3000EHV (Legacy Product) uses a second-party app and dongle. The new dongles are only compatible with the newer inverters.

Were you able to get the LCD firmware updated?
