@eric it was setting the warning 27 when I was there but it cleared up very quickly and then restarted providing power. Not sure if its still setting...

Unfortunately client reports it continues to drop out power ... they said 2pm 5pm and 9pm it reset yesterday. One thing comes to mind .... the 6000x...

@eric Is the battery type something you can remotely change? This inverter is very remote ...... I thought it was 0 for EG4 on the 6000xp and 1 for 12...

@somej I did notice the two working ones were sequential serial numbers and the third was not ... they were all purchased at the same time from my loc...
