I just commissioned the system last night checked voltage at the terminals, and the lcd screen turns on. Alli get is an internal communication error and no pv input or voltage input.
I saw that there was an updated firmware version and tried multiple times to update it, but it seems like it never took.
I also see that the 12000xp is showing up as a SNA1K-US which pulls up as a luxpower which I assume is what the inverter is based on.
I also have a 6000xp which I set up months ago which works perfectly fine. I can provide any information requested.

Could you please provide your station name or inverter serial number so we can review your system?
