EG4 12000XP using actual lead acid batteries, Very low charge rate.

My system is an EG4 12000Xp with 24 6V Rolls deep cycle batteries arranged in series parallel for 48V, and 1100AH.

Panels are nine 445 Watt,
OC = 39V
SSC= 14.4A
2 sided in series in a single string,

and on MPPT 2 we have

Three 375 Watt,
OC = 41V
SSC= 11.6 A
single sided again in series.

The issue is low rate of charge. We are completely OFF GRID

I have the settings maxed out, but even with the batteries down close to 48V, I can only get a maximum of 51.5V charge.

This same system used to produce 60V (Rolls recommendation) when it was charging through an Outback Flexmax 80 and equalize at 63V. (Panels were series parallel and just the 9 445w at that point).

So, what am I missing in the settings? I know I can't get higher than 58V, But I want to see that 58V, or I'll be spending a lot of time and $ with the generator this winter.

Is there a software issue? currently ceaa-000707

I have bumped the battery AH by 100 to see if I could trick it into a higher charge rate, but It's raining today, so no can see.

Rolls batteries are using water about every two weeks, have clean tight connections, and are Specific gravity checked. They were working perfectly until the switch to the EG4 a few days ago.

ISSUE RESOLVED!!

I had been reading the AH rating on the battery, but not looking really closely. Each battery has a 428AH rating for 20hrs. I had used the much smaller 10hr rating. So, total bank is 3424AH, not the 1100 I had in initially

MUCH relieved!

Well can't go back and edit that, the AH total is of course 1284. Regardless, I no longer have an issue.
