I’m sure a sigi infant effort was made on the improvements.
Could you find out more specifics on #7 fan logic? on the 12kpv it has been observed to go all on around 6kw.
which temp indicator is this now watching to turn on/off?
Are fans only capable of single full-speed?
It would be kind to not make us run dozens of tests to revers-engineer the fan algorithm.
Any stats on how many folks have applied this patch? Any feedback from the community?
For me, it appears that the fans prior to FAAB-2727, they were turning on at ~130 - 140F.
See temperature plot as fans cycle.
After FAAB-2727, they appear to now turn on at 105 - 120F.
So maybe ~ a 10F or more change.

And Yes. the fans appear to be able to be ramped and under PWM control. The fan speed algorithm is probably based on an internal heat sink temperature and power being produced. The fan turn on seems to have two different temperatures of where they turn on, again probably based on a heat sink temperature and power produced.
