I have initiated the remote firmware update to my 6000xp to ccaa-191400 and it went "successful", yet after 30 min or so the inverter stopped working throwing) Internal communication error like the the firmware update failed.

Now I am stuck as I can not re-initiate the firmware update because the system recognizes the latest firmware is loaded.

What a mistake to do it on the Weekend.

Is there any way to  re-initiate the firmware update without EG tech support?

Firmware update Issue -  SOLVED.

I have disconnected the system from the grid and PV array.  Deep power cycled all components for over 30 min.

Then logged out from my EG4 monitor on my phone and downloaded the most recent firmware for 6000xp to the phone.

Disabled all wi-fi connections on the phone - connected to inverter's WiFI Dongle and forced firmware upgrade.

The whole process too 15-20 min. Then power cycled the system again and..... ALL works again.

Hope that might help if firmware reload is needed.
