We are currently experiencing issues impacting our web and app monitoring systems. Our team is aware of the situation and is actively working on a solution. We will provide updates and confirm here once services are fully restored. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience.
Our website and app are back online. If you continue to experience any connection issues, please let me know and I’ll be happy to assist.
@eg4eric You asked to be informed if there are issues. Monitoring System is offline right now.
It would be great if there was another server that shows uptime of services.
Can you offer insight into how often/long the system has been down (maybe over the last month)? I do hope that you have the capability to track it.
@keith-marler I'm not sure what the cause of it was. Usually when this happens, it's because they are updating the server.
@eg4eric OK. Generally speaking, planned outages are communicated in advance. I may have missed it, but do you know if this was done and how it was communicated?
Woke up this morning and can no longer read params from either of my stations which means I cannot start quick charge. The error is read params failed. I have not touched any settings, seems to be a software issue. I am able to see my usage / current flow and battery params. But that is about it. below is what happens when doing a quick charge, and the timeout is reading params.
just a heads up!
I noticed that the monitor app now has the ability to set the duration for a Quick Charge. Thank you. I suggested that addition about a year ago, and others probably have also. I will certainly take advantage of that.
I recently updated my firmware to 1212 and now the fan seems to be at high speed constantly. Also it would run relatively slow and when you put a load to it you would hear it kick in to high fan speeds now it just runs at high speed all the time...Help
@fletch1229
What inverter do you have?
Can you please share your inverter's serial number so we can look at what could be causing this issue.
We might need to revert the firmware back to 191011 if you have a 6000XP
I haven't been able to read my settings on the web monitor site all day today. Everything else on the Monitor website works. My phone app can't read settings either unless I connect locally.
Has the server been down today? I don't see an announcement anywhere.
Eric, if it helps, I was not able to read settings during the period of time that my EG4 monitor website was reporting active states that were two hours old. These might be related.
