Doing more study on at what point the oscillation starts it at 56.5v. It then starts to over run that up to 57.1 or so maybe higher then down to 54v -/+.

Yes, I was referring to a balancer for the battery cells, but you are correct, Lead acid batteries do not need that. 

Are you able to share a video of this happening so I can share with our team and work towards a solution for this issue?

I cannot video it because last Monday I called EG4 and had them roll back the firmware too the 190DOE. The three inverters are acting better. Instead of 3 volts swing they are swing 1 volt. But that may be only because I haven't gotten good sunshine yet. Later in the day they level out to the 57 volts I have set. I will see if they work better on a very sunny day and if not, video them. What I believe is that EG4 needs to set up a specific firmware that works for non BMS or unregulated batteries. 190DOE works OK but could be much better. I still have never had the Equalizing feature work, and the battery Amp Hour setting has no effect. What I would expect is setting the Amp hour to a smaller battery would cushion the ramp up to volt setting so that it slows down as it approaches the settings voltage. Because the inverters act like a sticking mechanical governor on an engine. They it the charge volt setting so hard that it over runs the setting and then overreacts by dropping off too drastically. Some of the problem could be caused by the ever-changing Mppt's and the lag in reacting with the battery chargers to the battery volt reading. What I know is it always seems to just bang up to set voltage and turn off hard because the inverter has some kind of hard line against over charging the batts. That certainly does not need to be the case with lead acid. And the AMP HOUR setting should give me a setting that determines that cushioning. I need a shock absorber in the system. By the way even with 190DOE the steadiness is dependent on where I set my charge voltage(57V). It also seemed to be true on the new firmware and that number was 55.9 volts, way too low for 48-volt lead acid.
