Question 18kPV with Generac 15kw EcoGen

I have an off-grid setup with 2 EG4 18kpv inverters in parallel. My electrician just connected a Generac 15kw EcoGen for use in charging my batteries on cloudy days.  It is all up and running but as I was testing the autostart feature, which worked great BTW, I have only seen at most 3kw of input into the Inverters from the generator.  Just as a test I had set the auto start to kick in at 70% SOC.  That worked perfectly but my batteries are only being charged at a VERY VERY low rate.  My power usage is also currently very minimal so it's not as if all the power from the generator is going to power my house as I'm consuming less than 200 watts right now.  I have attached a screen shot from Monitor page on the Inverter webpage.
