Forgive me if I am on the incorrect thread but tried to post yesterday without success.  My 16 month old 12K stopped cooling a few days ago.  The following morning I found the suction fitting/nut on the line set had cracked in half and the line pulled away.

I sent an email to Signature Solar but no response yet.

I'm just looking for a path to repair.   Is there a warranty?  Hopefully not an Oklahoma warranty.  Would I work with Signature Solar or EG4.

Are there local techs who can work on these systems.

Just looking for a starting point.

Thanks in advance.

I can definitely help you out or at least point you to the right direction. So, are you only needing the Line set?

Thank You.  Joe at Signature Solar is working on getting a ticket opened with EG4.  A line set might fix the unit. I am guessing the refrigerant escaped unless there is some protection in the line set.  I don’t know how these pre-charged fittings operate.

Thanks again.

@eg4eric Getting a line set shipped is the appropriate action.   I did not see a case number.  Attaching s/ns.

Correction 12000, not 12Ton.

Can you send me a private message with your name, email, number and shipping address and I will look into sending a new line set for you.

@2wiley
I apologize for the delayed response. I've been a little backed up but I'm glad you got another lineset. Let me know if there is anything else I can do for you.
