The amount of time I have spent getting the settings right in order to set this inverter up exactly as I want it is around 100 hours so obviously it would be prudent to back these settings up somewhere.  Now I do see that there is a button in the portal for "export PDF" however that cuts off the most detailed settings near the bottom.  Specifically the battery settings section which is to me the most convoluted and difficult part to understand and set up.

One option is to take screen shots of the missing settings and add them to a PDF or save them separately (less than ideal, messy) but the perfect option would be an "export settings to file" which suggests an "import settings from file" button would also exist.

Any ideas? Am I missing something?

I have the same issue with the 6000XP and 12000XP. Would love a way to backup settings (download a CSV maybe?). I know it's a bigger ask, but versioning history on settings changes would be a great add as well.

@dannybeardsley You could version your settings by naming your files as desired. Just having the ability to export settings ad back them up is IMO a critical off grid feature.  It also is really useful if you have a working setup but want to tweak things but instead of fixing you botch something.  An easy fix is to restore the known working setup.

@eg4 I can write this code for you if you want.  DM me for details 🙂

At the moment, the only available method to retrieve the data is by using the Export PDF option. However, I understand your point, and I’ll be sure to share this suggestion with our team for consideration.
