3 EG4 18kPV Hybrid Inverters wired in parallel
4 EG4 POWERPRO 14.3kWH WALLMOUNT BATTERIES 280Ah
Generac 7259 18kW Standby Generator Propane Natural Gas 1 Phase 240V

I've been sending emails and leaving messages to EG4 tech support for the past week and no one is responding.  Hopefully someone can shed some light on this issue.

The propane generator works fine.
The generator is connected to the main inverter of my off-grid system.  All electrical connections were followed in the manual by an electrician
who installs solar power systems, not EG4 though.

After putting the generator in Auto mode and turning the Main Breaker On, all 3 inverters have the fault "Para Gen unAccord”
and power to the home stopped.

I disconnected the generator from the inverter.

I'm assuming it's a software issue? Not sure what to do at this point.

You said your generator is connected to the main inverter.  I believe the generator needs to be connected to each inverter when the inverters are in parallel ... from the manual (1 sentence about it!!)

This is from the 12000XP manual "NOTE:
When connecting multiple inverters in parallel, the generator must connect to
each inverter. Connecting to a single inverter in a multiple inverter
configuration is not supported."

I ran my generator to a load center with breaker to inverter ... then I can feed other "generator only" circuits off that panel to power things when the generator is running.

Hope this helps!

@yooperjay

yes I just was told that by the EG4 tech-support who finally after a week called me back.
it seems like that needs to be made more clear in the manual.Thank you
