Scary high readings!

My system is pretty new, only been operating since the end of December. So I tend to keep an eye on my solar input and battery level ... a bit too much probably. I have a 12000XP, 6 Eco-Worthy 48v 100ah rack mount batteries, and 12.6 kW of solar. Today, while running off of the batteries, I was shocked to check and see my load was at 12k. I'm uploading screenshots from 2 sources, EG4 app and Solar Assistant. I know I could get to 12k with my big draw items in my house, if everything was on at once. But at this time, for about 20-30 seconds that I saw these readings, the ONLY thing running was the clothes dryer. (yea, might have been a freezer or fridge running, and a few LED lights) I'm assuming this was some sort of glitch, and was wondering if anyone has had it happen to them? Any insight would be appreciated.

We would need to know exactly what loads were on, to figure out if it was truly pulling 12kW to the load.

spike

@eg4eric  A couple of lights (LED, maybe 25 w), the furnace (2,000 w), the clothes dryer (5,500 w), and at the most our refrigerator and small chest freezer in basement. Can't guarantee those were both on, but let's just say they were. So NO oven, coffee pot, hot water heater running, toaster, nothing else remotely "big". I'm just super confused how the inverter saw a load of 12kw.

At the time of that "spike" we had been running off of batteries for a couple of hours. I'm new to this, but I'm assuming if that batteries don't have enough "juice" in them and there's a large load demand the inverter switches back to grid to get the needed watts? I had a similar experience today, but was running more big appliances. Batteries were at 30% SOC (didn't check voltage) and load jumped to over 11kw, so it switched to grid power again. Is this normal?

I attached a graph from today, not yesterday's issue. I was running on battery at the time, and they were charged to over 50%. Yet inverter still switched to grid power to handle the 11.3 kw demand. Should it have?

Are you able to share the inverter's serial number or station name so we can review the settings to make sure everything is correct?

It really depends on the settings. If you have the batteries set to on grid cut off to 30% then yes it would be normal. Another thing to look at, as you mentioned was the voltage at the time it switched.
