My system - FlexBOSS & GridBOSS

New EG4 Flexboss 18 install with 314AH all outdoor pieces...installed but dongle/wifi/BULL-SHI-!!  I have a house, panels, inverter, battery and OFF THE GRID Subpanel...yet I need to be on the internet why?  Can I get this $10000 worth of equipment to work without the dongle horrorshow of connection---Oh my word....good thing I'm bald cuz I'd be pulling my hair out.

I tried t0 delete my EG4 account to start from scratch...it recognizes the old stuff when I go to reregister....what a difficult, arduous, cumbersome operation...I made a significant mistake if I can't get 600 pounds of inverter/batteries/panels to work...and the folks in south Asia speak English better than I speak Pashtu...but really must it be this freaking difficult???

I apologize for inconvenience this has caused! If you I can definitely disabled an account you've made before. However, you would still need to make a new account with a different username. If you are experiencing any issues please let me know.
