I have an 18kpv and two ll-s rackmount batteries.  I am able to see the SOC in the monitor.eg4electronics.com via a closed loop canbus connect with the batteries.  However, I cannot see individual cell data.  I would like to see this data as I have seen screenshots of the monitor.eg4electronics.com where this data appears at the bottom of the main screen, but I cannot find any settings or documentation describing how this is done.  Also, I would like to see battery data via the batteries' rs485 port, but when I connect to the battery (number 1, set at dipswitch number 1) I don't get any data.

@kevinb
To view battery data on the EG4 Monitoring website, set the inverter’s Lithium Brand to 1. This setting provides the most reliable communication and enables the battery data to display properly.

Also, when you download the BMS Tools software, it will contain a folder with instructions on how to set it up.

@eg4eric Can someone from EG4 please respond to this thread.  I don't believe that what I'm asking for here is overly complicated.  Since this information is not available anywhere, at the least whoever designed your battery firmware must know the answer.

@eg4eric If you don't know the answer to my question, can you direct me to someone who does know the answer??

" set the inverter’s Lithium Brand to 1"  I already had this set, and I do not see any pack data on the screen, or in the local data screen

Per the BMS tools readme, it says to change the first battery dip switch to 64.  If I do that, will I lose connectivity via Canbus.

I also need the InternalFault DTC bit map that decodes modbus register InternalFault (Input Register 6).  It is nowhere to be found on the internet.  Thx
