I have the exact same issue as this person
My 18kpv is being labeled as a 12k in the app and monitoring tools which is not showing a 3rd Array for pv3. It is producing and showing on the device, just not in monitoring.
Device serial is 3162670367
you can even see the power is not adding up here

I apologize. I was out of town for a few days. I will just need the inverter's serial number. As long as the dongle is connected to the Wi-Fi, i can change the model remotely.

Thank you. When would be a good time to reset the inverter? I can do any day this week from 7:00am - 4:00pm Central time.
If you have a transfer switch, I recommend switching your loads to grid and that way when I reset the inverter it won't affect your loads or You can also turn off your loads breaker.
