I went ahead and changed reset the inverter and it's now showing as an 18kPV. It's normal that it doesn't show the model on there. I recommend updating the firmware for the inverter. It is running on a very old firmware. After updating the firmware, you can go back and revise your settings to make sure it's configured as you want it.
