Question Could an EG4 tech update my 3 LCD monitors to the latest version, currently on v22

I don't believe the issue would be with the LCD firmware however, I could be wrong. I can definitely help with updating the LCD firmware on all the inverters. It will only make the LCD screen unavailable for about an hour. I can update them tomorrow morning if that is okay with you. 

If you are still having issues after the LCD update please let me know!

OK, thanks Eric.  It was actually you who recommended that for the other poster I mentioned who was missing one string (of 3) on his display - at that time the latest version was 23.  Any time is fine and I'll reach out if this doesn't resolve my issue. If you know of other methods to get those strings to display, I'd be very interested to learn about them. And as you'll probably notice, I've got 2 PV strings each on FB1 and 2, and none on FB3 currently. Also using a GB and closed-loop on a 20 batt RUiXU stack. Spencer L is pretty familiar with my station.

Thanks for updating the LCD’s. I still do not see separate string data on them unfortunately. Additionally, my EG4 Monitor iOS App is unable to connect or see anything - the App displays a dialog that says: No primary device. I haven’t checked the monitoring web portal yet as I’m working out in the field at the moment, but I’ll be heading back shortly. 

And just to be clear Eric, I do, and have always been able, to see one PV value that is the total of all connected strings, I’m just not seeing each string broken out separately.
