I am trying to update the firmware for my EG4 6000xp and it continues to show a fail error. Not sure how to solve this problem? Any insight from the forum would be appreciated.

I turned the EPS switch on, the update went through but is still not showing the new version? does it take time to update once it says it is updated?

Try performing a full restart on the system and try again.
