I've scoured this form and others but have been unable to resolve my issue.

I recently added a 280AH All Weather wall mount battery to an existing system.  The original system consisted of a 12000xp with (2) 280ah indoor wall mount batteries.  A couple months ago I added a third 280ah battery.  No issues.  This weekend I added the All-Weather battery and updated the inverter and all four batteries to the latest firmware I could find.

12000xp - ceaa-0709
Indoor - S02T25, Z02T11
All-Weather - S02T25, Z02T30

In the app it counts (4) batteries.  Under parameters it shows (2) and identifies them as batteries 0 and 1. It show correct detailed data for batteries 3 and 4 vice 0 and 1.

On the web page under monitor it counts (2) batteries on the right and BMS Discharge limit is correct for (4) batteries (800 amps) on the left.  The bottom of the page shows batteries 2 and 3 with no detailed data.

Under Configuration/Devices it counts (4) batteries and the correct battery capacity.

  1. Wi-Fi dongle is “BJ” series and provided detailed battery data prior to the updates and addition of the All-Weather battery.
  2. 12000xp is connected to master battery via CAN port on the battery and set to Lithium removed link
  3. Batteries CAN EG4/Lux, RS485 P01-EG4
  4. Master battery is set to DIP 1 and original 2nd battery to DIP 2, 3rd indoor battery DIP 3, and All weather to DIP 4. DIP switch settings are matched to the diagram.
  5. Battery communication is daisy chained in this same order starting with the master and ending on the All-Weather battery.

  1. If I only turn on batteries 0 and 1 the web site will display two batteries. Detailed data is not provided for the master but is for battery 1.
  2. If I turn on all four batteries, 0 and 1 are not displayed. Batteries 2 and 3 are displayed without detailed data.
