Solar graph peak shaving ignored 4 21 26

This system has been running for several months now and I thought it was running pretty well. Lately, it has started ignoring "Peak Shaving" settings. If you look at the settings, it should be in Peak Shaving mode from 5:30 to 8:30, am and pm. When you look at the graph, it totally ignored those settings this morning, for no reason that I can see. The load is quite low, and the batteries are charged over 90%. Yet the system just pulled from the grid as if the batteries were irrelevant. This is a pattern that started occurring recently despite having been running properly for the past few weeks. ?????????

Settings all look correct , I would try a restart of the inverter if you haven't already .

Another work around I just found is in working mode you can now schedule off-grid mode , I have asked for that since my peak shaving and grid seem to be erratic. I get some grid power and send some grid power now and then while peak shaving, not in off-grid mode though .

best of luck

@jckemp3 I haven't restarted the inverter yet, but I will. The system is continuing to behave as if there are no batteries. The inverter is an 18kPV. Do you know if this inverter has a habit/history of periodically losing its mind? This is the 2nd time in 3-4 months that this has happened.

I am not seeing where to schedule off grid mode.

@gtsquires

I have the 12kPV version . I have had a fairly smooth experience with my inverter, most issues I have created in my learning .

This is from the Maintenance Tab- Working Mode , Below the Battery settings I have the Off-Grid mode section.

Hope this helps

@jckemp3

grid menu

Curious. I don't have that menu. I wonder if there has been a system upgrade that I don't have.

I am on the newest 2727 firmware and lcd screen firmware. I believe you were on 2525 and a much older screen firmware.  Dont know if that is the difference.
