I am having this same issues, I installed my GridBoss and Flexboss21, 5 days ago and now the dongle doesn’t connect to the cloud server, noticed inside the dongle parameters, the address is different than the one on the Flexboss which connects, I tried changing the address but I am not allowed.

If you can provide your dongle’s serial number, I’ll do my best to reconnect it to the server. If that’s not possible, I can arrange to provide you with a replacement dongle.
Is there an ongoing issue with the website. It was unavailable to me most of the weekend and was working again this morning. Then about 10am cst it shutdown again. Is it me or is it the website?

We haven’t received any reports of issues with the monitoring website. I recommend checking your internet connection, ensuring your router and dongle are within range of each other, and possibly rebooting your router.
Good evening. I am using an ethernet dongle and a 3 foot ethernet cat-6 cable. All of the other POE cameras, and equipment continued working just fine. Watering system ran for 4.5 hours and tank refilled; all while the A/C was running. Just like now. I can see the unit and batteries and all controls via camera.

Good Morning. When I woke up Monday morning everything was fine. Like nothing had happened. Then around 9am it went out again. Still everything else was running fine. Around 5 pm; service restored.
I have no idea what happened. Only change from the past 4 months was the addition of a third battery; which installed without issue.
