I responded to your DM and I have submitted a parts request to get a replacement dongle sent to you.

@eg4eric I’m Brad from a earlier post, I’ve left my cabin in Ak. And plan on returning in spring, is there a chance I can get a dongle shipped to me in Utah to take back up with me, I’d like to get this inverter to work properly.

I tried to do a reset and the cloud won’t allow me to reset the dongle.

thanks Brad

I'm also unable to get my wifi dongles to connect. They are showing up as connected in my router with DHCP leases. My wifi name is less than 19 characters, it has no special characters in name or password. Password is less than 24 characters. It is 2.4 GHZ. I've gone through the dongle troubleshooting guide PDF.

Could I get assistance? Or replacements?

I have the same problem and neither me nor my installer can figure this out.  So looking forward to a solution being posted here.  One deficiency seems to be that the reset button on my two dongles does not do a complete "factory reset" leaving some the users previous network and communication changes in the dongle.

Got it fixed. The 1.6.3 iOS app update fixed it. Now the server points to

http://us2.solarcloudsystem.com

instead of 47.254.33.206

and the dongle connects successfully

also the documentation seems wrong. I can only get a factory reset to work after holding the button for 20 seconds. (One of the docs say 10 seconds is all that is needed, but that doesn't work for me)

Glad you were able to get it fixed and thank you for bringing it to my attention! I'll let our team know about the time to hold the button.
