Hi All,
Hoping someone might be able to help. I have been up and running with the new system since December and have experienced this issue now a handful of times. Essentially everything will be fine for a few days (solar production, battery charge/discharge, etc), maybe even a full week and then the Griboss relays trip and all but the inverter light shuts off. I need to shut the inverter breaker, than cut the 200amp service power to the house for 15-30 seconds, turn power back on, wait for grid light, then switch the inverter breaker back to the on position. Have lost a day or two of solar production because I hadn't realized the system was off. Any help is appreciated!
System Details:
200amp service
Gridboss with SP1 and SP2 set to AC Couple for two separate rooftop solar arrays (Start SOC 100 - End SOC 105 and time 00:00 - 23:59)
200amp Main panel wired to backup loads
Flexboss21 with 12 Ecoworthy 51.2V server rack batteries (Lithium + 6 - Luxpower). Discharge set to 10% when on grid 0% off grid
PV input to Flexboss - 4 strings of 11 each 460w bifacials (Ground mount)
Gridboss and Flexboss are on the latest firmware versions and they are set up in parallel with grid boss mode enabled. As mentioned earlier, works great for a time and then these random "shutdowns" happen that require a full power shut off to reset. "Shutdowns" have been occurring at night (last 3 at least) without any crazy consumption spikes (something turning on, etc)
Thank you!
Craig
