A ha. That explains it. Some how the EG4 inverter monitor on your end got switched from an 18KPV to a 12KPV. Everything on my end points to the inverter being a 18KPV (which it is). I looked at the inverter display and nothing I can find describes it to be a 18KPV. It does shoe 3 MPPT inputs and displays all the date for them. Again I think the problem is on your end and is mis identifying the serial number as being an 18KPV. Please keep looking.

This is what data history looks like when I look at Data History using the Web monitor -
Notice that Vpv3(V) is missing.
This is what it looks like when Export the same data -
Not that vpv3 data shows up and is valid.
Then also, if I look at Configuration Devices in the Web monitor, it shows 12KPV. Which is wrong.
Again, it appears that the problem is on your side, misidentifying the inverter type and displaying the wrong (missing) information
in the Web app.

Can you post a picture of the inverter? if you can a picture of the whole system, so I can get with my manager on this issue.
I don't know what picture of the inverter you want? Physical connections of solar or pictures of the display?
PV Input settings -
Home display. Note that this is during night so no active solar at this time -
Current measured solar. Again at night so no power is being generated -
All show 3 PV inputs but the monitoring app shows only 2 -
and the monitoring app also shows the inverter to be a 12KPV
Also, station overview is also reporting as 12KPV. Again this is wrong since i have an 18KPV -
Something on your end got changed from a 18KPV to a 12KPV. This used to work but somehow got changed to12KPV around 6 weeks ago.
