Once the Charge Start Volt is reached it starts the genset, connects, and charges at the set charge limit. But as it approaches the Charge End Volt setting, amps back off (even when the bank would still accept that bulk charge), then once it finally crosses over the Charge End Volt threshold, (plenty of extra genset runtime....)it does not open dry contacts, and it begins using battery WITH generator to power loads. Standalone, single unit, no boost/share/smart load or AC Coupling (off grid system). Firmware = ccaa-190E0F. Ran for weeks just fine, then 1 week ago began this behavior (no settings changed). Halp!

Forgot to mention, when this occurs, using a browser and going to Maintenance/Gen Function/Generator, and lowering the Charge End Volt to under the present voltage triggers the contacts to open. (I am managing this site remotely, and then I can raise that value back to the setting required for charge, but next cycle the same thing happens, when it reaches this voltage, it keeps the contacts closed & starts sipping amperage from the batteries (i assume mixing it with the genset power for loads) every time

Do you have solar connected to it?

Just to confirm, you said you don't have GEN boost enabled, correct?

No solar yet (it is trickling in thru an old PWM controller, OCV is too low to use the 6000, we need to add another panel there)

Gen Boost is NOT enabled
