I have a 12000XP and a bank of 6 Lifepower V2s. It worked for months in Lithium Mode, until the system failed and the inverter would not turn on because it was not receiving a SOC from the batteries. I powered everything down in order and back up, but the inverter would not produce AC power, in spite of having 53vdc at the inverter inputs. Assuming this was due to the programming to shut off at 20%, I switched to Lead Acid mode, and the inverter works. However, in this mode I cannot see SOC on the app and I lose the smartload function. I have tried a different BATT com cable (both the new and old are EG4 products). I am looking for ideas to recover the SOC reporting function from the batteries to the inverter.
