Hey, need some help.  I can't schedule my utility inspection to get 'permission to operate' and flow excess power back out to the utility Grid.  The question I can't answer (with a screenshot) is "Volt Var Settings Picture".  Can someone help me find this?

I'm running two Flexboss21's, GridBoss, six wallmount 280Ah batteries, and 32 Aptos 550W bifacial panels.

THANKS!

Pretty frustrating when you spend $40k on a system and EG4 doesn't respond to support tickets put in on their website (1.5 weeks ago), their phone number for support listed on their website is no longer in service (903-609-1988), and there are no responses for forum posts.

Feeling pretty stupid for buying this system without doing more research about all the issues reported and their inability to support their fielded products.

Frustrated.

We apologize for the inconvenience. We are currently experiencing a higher-than-usual volume of inquiries and are working to respond to each one as quickly as possible.

We’ve also verified that the number is still in service and there are no issues on our end.

What assistance do you need as of now? I’d be happy to help.

Do you need a document?

Thanks for the reply.  the Utility requires me to send them a screenshot (from the monitor.eg4..) or picture (from the LCD).  there is no setting for 'Volt Var' in the monitor or the LCD display that i can find.. so i would assume it's hard set in the firmware.  do you know what setting I'm talking about or where it can be located?

I believe this is the setting picture you need. This setting is not available for the end user.

End users don't have access to these settings. However, if there is anything else I can provide for you, please let me know.
