Helping a friend that bought a 3000 EHV-48 and I am trying to help him get things running. We have everything up, upgraded and working, so I tried to bring up the Wi-Fi dongle. I have created my account in SmartESS, was able to bring up the dongle, connect it to my WI-FI, but when I click on the + to add it, a message pops up saying this only works with Bluetooth. I don't see any Bluetooth devices trying to pair.
Is this just a really old dongle? He purchased the equipment a while ago, but left it on the skid for a long time (possibly over a year).
Any suggestions as how to get the dongle to talk to the 3K inverter?
