Hello. I have installed an eg4 hybrid mini split with 4 dedicated 400 watt panels. I have also installed a separate system with 8 100 watt panels that connect to 4 renogy rego lifepo4 batteries. We had an rv tech with limited solar experience connect the 2 systems. The mini split is supposed to automatically kick over to the battery bank when the sun goes down. It does not do this. The mini split outside unit is wired to a dedicated 20 amp breaker and also another wire from the outside unit to the Victron multiplus inverter. We will be getting shore power soon. Can we just plug into shore power and have the mini split run off of shore power and bypass going to the battery bank? The goal would be for the solar panels to run the mini split during the day, then automatically switch to shore power to run the mini split in the evening. I'm wondering if the goal would happen by simply plugging in the 50 amp cord to the shore power. Thank you for any help. Devyn
