@yooperjay @eg4Eric

Clients battery screens had the correct details AND displayed newest T11. Used the firmware adapter and both batteries issued Success signals.

When the batteries (individually) were on the monitor page display it showed a single battery and 280AH Capacity.

NOW - I have 0 batteries showing at all (I placed System  in "Standby Mode").

@yooperjay You're lucky that you still see 1 battery. Both have disappeared for our client.

@powerup

I went back to older firmware (see post from Posted : January 21, 2026 12:22 pm) ... back to working.

I won't get back to the cabin until the weekend so hoping maybe they have a new firmware / fix to try before then.

Whoever is having this issue, can you please share your station name or serial number so we can gather information and work towards a solution as soon as possible.

Thank you for your patience and understanding!

@eg4eric I am facing this issue now as well, after doing my firmware updates yesterday for my FlexBoss Screen and my 4 Indoor WallMounts. Will send my station info once the forum allows me to.

Having this issue on a two FlexBoss21 and four 260ah all weather wall mount batteries, any updates on a fix to try?

@james
Are these issues regarding the update?

We have reported the issue and are currently working on a solution. I will announce once it's resolved.

If you need an alternative solution, you can run the inverter on Lead Acid mode, meaning the inverter will charge and discharge according to voltage.

Correct, updated to the latest firmware the other day and now not getting the battery stats in the monitor.

@jarrett, It has been reassuring that @eg4eric was able to get these firmware issues duplicated and confirmed by engineering.

I anticipate that extra care is being taken to test a solution before the next release.

What is confounding with the EG4 process is that 9 days after confirmation the problematic software is still available to effect others.

Unfortunately, upgrading my indoor batteries to this latest firmware brought me to this group.  I am seeing the exact same issues with my batteries.  Only one battery appearing in the monitor with weird characters in the name field.  What to do now?

@caseysweb
You can revert to the previous firmware version or run the system in lead-acid mode for now. In lead-acid mode, the batteries will charge and discharge based on voltage only, without closed-loop communication.

Where can I find the previous version of firmware for the 280ah all weather wall mount?

@caseysweb
On the Flexboss, you can change the battery type to Lead Acid and set all the voltage parameters.
