OTA Update doesn't appear as an option for me

Hi,  Last year I had an 18Kpv and 2 EG4 batteries (one All Weather & one Indoor Wall Battery) but I'm curious the option to update the firmware on the batteries via the web monitor tool as show in the this supplemental doc does not appear for me. The only thing that seems different in the "Lithium Brand" setting. As they are EG4 Branded batteries it makes sense to me that would be the correct setting however in the guide it shows "1"  Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks

At this time, end user accounts do not have the ability to update the battery remotely. Since there is currently no firmware update available for the battery. We are currently working on this feature and will notify everyone once it becomes available.

For WallMount batteries, Lithium Brand: 1 is the recommended protocol for optimal communication.
