18kPV 1/3000 CTs installed "correctly" grid consumption underreported by 60% compared to utility company meter

Title says it all.  How accurate can I expect the inverter's notion of my grid consumption to be compared to the utility company?  Whole house configuration with feeder tap - i.e., no other circuits before the CTs in the incoming feed.  I've validated direction and L1 vs L2 etc.  Based on nother post, its very obvious when the Ls are reversed!

CT Power Offset in maintenance tab may be what you are looking for.
