Update to the latest firmware, went pretty smooth.
Today however I see a few items on the web monitor that has me scratching my head.
1 - Inverter shows the batteries at 99% but the batteries how 100%
3 - I have 2 PV arrays, and the monitor is showing a 2 PV array and voltage on it?
Please help.
Thanks,
JB

After about 20 minutes, the inverter did end up showing 100% on the batteries (guessing it was just stabilizing the batteries?? seemed longer than normal).
Still shows 3 PV arrays though???

Hey Joel!
Have you tried restarting your system?
Some updates require a full system restart.

Sounds great! If that doesn't work, it might be a bug on the website.

Checking this morning and it must have been an issue with the web site. All appears okay today. At least for now... 🙂

Sounds great! Let me know if anything changes.
Just updated to 190E0F on a 6000 remotely (loads bypassed so internet separate from inverter), only showing the 2 PV inputs, all seems well so far, user will switch back to inverter when they get home later, will def post anything noteworthy. >>> BTW, Eric, is the 1.6.4 manual the latest and correct manual for this firmware? thx!
@electron
The issue with the 3rd PV showing voltage was a bug that was found on the website and had nothing to do with the firmware. That issue was resolved.
The latest manual we have for the 6000XP is version 1.6.5 and it is available online on the product page.
