W017: AC Voltage out of range

I have 18kpv connected to FranklinWH agate (18kpv grid terminal -> agate AC solar input) and it seems to work fine but I occasionally get a notice W017: AC Voltage out of range and solar generation stops. After some time the notice is cleared and it returns to normal.

Does anyone know what this means?

Thanks!

Is your system online?

If you share your inverter's station name or serial number, I can take a look at it and see if I spot anything. I can also have someone contact you via phone if you prefer that.

Thanks 🙂 after a bit of investigation I see that when the franklin batteries become full the franklin agate does something that appears to drop the ac voltage and causes the inverter to stop producing (I suspect to prevent overload).  That seems a little drastic, it would be better if it was controlled and throttled down instead of suddenly switched off...

I would be happy to share my system serial number, I'm not sure it's a good thing to post on a public forum?
