Hello. I have currently GridBoss/FlexBoss21 setup with 4 280Ah batteries. I'm going to add 18KPV to that. Can both FlexBoss21 and 18KPV be connected to the same battery bank? Or do I have to split and keep separate batteries for each inverter?

The best configuration would be for each inverter to have its own dedicated battery bank. If you were adding another inverter of the same model (FlexBOSS21), you could share a single battery bank between both inverters. However, since the inverters are different models, I would highly recommend having a dedicated battery bank for each inverter.
