What is up with daylight savings time? I had to change my GMT offset AND daylight savings time to NO to get the correct time. Why is this not a automatic setting?

I was hoping this was resolved a long time ago - maybe @eg4eric can clarify?

@eg4eric Appreciate your effort in escalating this since last Tuesday.
I was hopeful that maybe the algorithm was delayed by a week and that the changes would occur last night.
Unfortunately systems still off by an hour.
Can you please advise the process it takes to have engineering confirm they have duplicated on their systems?

I complained about this exactly one year ago today. It is still not working. I guess they need a bit more time to figure it out.

I was under the impression that this issue was resolved. I will get with my supervisor about this!
